Since its been a few weeks I’ve missed sharing my ideas:)
I haven’t done Sunday school in a couple of weeks but I decided to share a lesson I did before I started sharing them here.
A while ago we did the Fruits of the Spirit

Okay so I thought id share a Sunday school snack idea just for something a little different:)
This week it was my turn to do Sunday school, and I decided to do Noah’s ark….well I wanted a different idea for a snack, and I had this idea, little ark made of graham crackers with animal crackers inside.
Easy enough:) I made a chocolate royal icing(recipe at the end)

well today I made colored pasta
Decided to make a special project with the kiddos I help watch on fridays….at first all I found was recipes for making colored pasta with rubbing alcohol….but having toddler/preschoolers working with it it scared me that someone would eat it and that would be bad.
So after some searching I found it can be made with vinegar…..other then an annoying smell it seems to have worked great(drying the pasta now)
How I did it was I put a little vinegar in the bottom, mixed in the food coloring I wanted and then added the pasta and mixed it a bit, then covered it and shook it. i left it for 5-10 mins shaking ever little bit then i spread them out on paper towels and I’m letting it dry.
Can’t wait for the kiddos to play with it….should be lots of fun:)
